Refund and Cancellation Policy for Magwin Organics:

At Magwin Organics, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order or request a refund. Please review our policy below:

1. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Process: To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at contact md@magwinorganics.com with your order details. We will process your cancellation request as soon as possible.

Exceptions: Some products or services may have specific cancellation terms outlined at the time of purchase. Please refer to the product/service description for any applicable cancellation conditions.

2. Refund Policy:

i. Magwin Organics is not responsible for any damage after delivery. In the case of an extreme scenario please email or call our customer service team.

ii. Magwin Organics can accept any return and exchange only in the case of the product being damaged before the delivery of the product or if the product is wrongly delivered..

iii. The product should be in its original packaging and with the product invoice.

iv. Postage and shipping cannot be refunded.

v. Returns and exchange appeals are subject to thorough checking and inspection by the Magwin Organics team.

vi. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be entertaining under the exchange/returns policy.

vii. Once the return/exchange request has been accepted, we will process the same within 7 to 21 working days.

viii. Coupons are not valid on discounted products.

ix. You cannot club any 2 coupons in the same order.

x. Each item can only be exchanged once. No cash refunds are permitted.

xi. All products once purchased are non-refundable. In general, an item may be eligible for return within 3 days from the date of successful delivery if it fulfills any of the following conditions:

a. Sold in a physically damaged condition.

b. Has missing parts or accessories.

c. Product packaging not opened, product not used.
